Local service business owners who need a professional website maintained, routine content changes handled, and regular updates shared on their Google Business Profile.

Already have a website? We’ll review its platform, condition, and access requirements before confirming eligibility. Migration, repairs, or initial setup may require a separate quote.

What’s Included Each Month

Website Hosting & Routine Maintenance

Hosting and routine platform maintenance for one approved business website. We review platform-managed security settings and available software updates where applicable.

Custom applications, online stores, and websites requiring extensive technical support need a separate quote.

Up to 60 Minutes of Website Content Updates

Use your monthly allowance for changes to existing pages, such as:

• Business hours and contact information.

• Service descriptions and pricing.

• Customer-supplied photos.

• Existing offers, links, and announcements.

Time includes reviewing your request, making changes, and checking the result. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom features, and work exceeding the allowance require approval of a separate quote.

Two Google Business Profile Posts

Two posts per month using your approved business information, offers, or supplied photos.

An eligible, verified Google Business Profile and authorized access are required. Profile verification, suspension appeals, review responses, and ongoing local SEO campaigns are separate services. Unavailable Google features do not automatically convert into other services.

Monthly Inquiry-Form Check

We test one primary website inquiry form each month to check submission and notification delivery. Problems outside the included maintenance scope are reported with recommended next steps.

Monthly Performance Summary

Receive a brief summary of website visits and tracked inquiry-form submissions, where compatible analytics and tracking are installed.

Sales, phone calls, and other customer activity are included only when separately configured and measurable.

Email & Message Support

Submit requests through our designated email or messaging channel. Expect an initial response within two business days, excluding holidays.

Completion times depend on the request and required materials. Emergency or round-the-clock support is not included.

Standard Website Launch — Starting at $1,200

A separate website project can include:

• Up to five standard pages.

• A design based on an approved Atlantis layout.

• Mobile-friendly page formatting.

• One standard inquiry form.

• Basic page titles and meta descriptions.

• Placement and light editing of customer-supplied content.

• Two consolidated revision rounds.

Your written proposal confirms the final price, timeline, payment schedule, and scope before work begins. Custom copywriting, e-commerce, booking systems, premium integrations, and additional pages are quoted separately.

The build fee does not include the monthly care subscription.

How It Works

Tell us about your business, provide your website address, and explain what you need.

2. Review Your Scope

Atlantis confirms website compatibility, required access, and any separately priced setup or repair work.

3. Complete Onboarding

Approve your agreement, provide authorized account access, and submit your business information and materials.

4. Activate Monthly Care

Your subscription begins on the agreed service start date. We handle the included monthly work and provide your performance summary.

What Is Priced Separately?

The subscription does not include:

• New website construction or full redesigns.

• Additional pages or custom functionality.

• Full social media management.

• Paid advertising management or advertising spend.

• Advanced SEO or guaranteed search rankings.

• Logo design, printing, photography, or video production.

• Extensive copywriting.

• Email hosting, domain registration, or premium third-party licenses.

• Major repairs, malware recovery, or website migration.

• Sales calls, appointment setting, or customer inquiry responses.

Additional work begins only after you approve the scope and price.

Subscription & Ownership Details

Monthly billing: $299 is billed automatically in advance each month from your agreed service start date. Applicable taxes are additional.

Cancellation: No long-term commitment. Send written cancellation at least seven calendar days before your next renewal to stop that renewal. Service continues through the paid period. Monthly fees are not prorated for unused time, except where required by law.

Your accounts: You retain ownership of your domain and business accounts. Atlantis uses authorized access to provide services.

Your website: Ownership of a newly built website is addressed in your separate project agreement. Third-party software, themes, images, and platform features remain subject to their licensing terms.

After cancellation: Hosting and care end when your paid service period expires. You must arrange replacement hosting if needed. Platform transfer options and any separately quoted migration assistance are explained before enrollment.

Customer responsibilities: Provide accurate information, materials you have permission to use, necessary access, and timely approvals. Delayed materials or approvals may delay publication; unused monthly allowances do not accumulate.

Results: This plan supports website upkeep and business visibility. It does not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, or sales.
