Return & Refund Policy
At Atlantis Creative Marketing Agency, we are committed to delivering quality creative work and clear communication. Because our services and printed products are customized, returns and refunds depend on the status of your project.
Creative & Digital Services
Completed design, branding, website, content and consulting services are nonreturnable. If you cancel before completion, we will refund any payment exceeding the value of work already performed and any approved, nonrecoverable expenses. We will provide an itemized explanation of those charges.
Revisions & Approval
Revisions are provided according to your project agreement. Please review all proofs carefully before approving production or publication. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.
Custom Printed Products
Custom printed products cannot be returned because of a change of mind or errors in an approved proof. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved specifications, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with photos and your order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, correction or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost.
Advertising & Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend, domain registrations, software subscriptions and other approved third-party purchases are refundable only to the extent that the provider returns those funds. Unspent funds held by Atlantis will be returned after any authorized charges are reconciled.
Monthly Services
You may cancel recurring services before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals. Work already performed remains payable; any prepaid, unused services will be handled according to your service agreement.
Requesting Assistance
Contact your Atlantis project representative with your name, project or order details, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be initiated within ten business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
